It is not silent, it is disappointing in so many other ways

I am a very happy owner of a K3 Pro keyboard, and I just bought another one, the K13 PRO to use in the office. This summer I wanted to try your M6 8k mouse after I watched a good review from Cameron Dougherty Tech on Youtube. I have used it for around 5 days (around 40 hours) and I was extremely disappointed. I believe you need this feedback for improving keychron, which is great in Keyboard manufacturing.

LEFT/RIGHT buttons
1)both right button and left button do not have a clear travel. you can hear a 2-step kind of travel. After the first—lighter—click, the button does not register the command, it does only after the full-traveled second click. This behavior varies depending on where you click on the button surface. In my opinion, mouse clicks should be somewhat consistent all over the surface, with some tolerances allowed
2) on the left button I experience missed clicks especially if I click near the wheel.

SILENT CLICK
In my opinion, this is really not a silent click mouse. I use at work already a Logitech MX 3S and I have been using also a M650L: those really are silent mice. I work in libraries very often and I cannot keep using the M6, it is too noisy.

WHEEL
the wheel has more than a few problems:
1) when the wheel is free to rotate, when I move the mouse left to right on the table you can hear a wheel sound, a sound provoked by the wheel hitting something sideways. very annoying!
2) when i press the wheel, and I keep it pressed to pan something on the screen (for example when I pan in a PDF viewer) if I release some pressure from the wheel, (but without releasing the wheel button!), the panning action gets interrupted. By re-applying some pressure (but without the clicking sound, because it is already pressed from earlier) then I can pan again. This will decrease my production at work and is very annoying
3) The overall feeling of the wheel is cheap for such an expensive mouse, besides being extremely noisy.

OTHER
The USB-C cable that comes together with the mouse is wrapped with a nylon braid. This has already detached from the underneath jacket. Nonetheless, the cable works but this is a manufacturing issue that should not be there for a premium product like the one I bought.

A new good discovery

I was looking for an alternative to the Logitech MX Mouse 3, which I've been very happy with, and after several positive reviews, I decided to try this one, the M6. I have to say, it didn't disappoint.
The mouse is a good replacement for the MX Mouse 3, as it has all the improvements of the MX Mouse 3S, plus pros like its lightweight design and the option to use it wired (which is again essential for avoiding battery drain and poor wireless connections).
The only downside I noticed is that the finish isn't as refined as the Logitech, although the top cover is pleasant to the touch (it feels like velvet) and doesn't feel like it's wearing out with use like the Logitech's rubber cover.
For the price, I'd buy it again!

Super Light and works great

It is a very good mouse. There is room for improvements in the MacOS software and the side scrolling wheel, but overall is one of the best mouse in the market for business

Even better than MX master

Not only for the price, but it's actually lighter and smoother, and it's made entirely of hard plastic, which does not degrate in one year as the rubbery coating used by competitor's. The only missing features are the gestures, and the possibility to personalize the buttons based on the app in use.
