Great Product with a Major Flaw

The keyboard itself is very good, but unfortunately, the software is quite cumbersome. The default keyboard layout includes four layers, allowing keys to have different functions. For some strange reason, by default, the numpad is not configured as a numpad but instead with keys like home, del, page up, page down, etc. To change this, you need to configure the software via the VIA app, which is nonsensical. I have to spend a lot of time figuring out how it works. A good product should be ready to use out of the box. Additionally, if you want to update the drivers, they warn that this could potentially damage the keyboard, which is further nonsense.
